李睿明,男,湖北棗陽人,1996年3月出生,武漢大學凝聚态物理專業博士,講師。

研究方向:
新型半導體光電表征技術:用先進的瞬态光譜和瞬态電學測試技術表征新型半導體材料。利用瞬态微波光電導技術和瞬态電流等方法研究半導體器件中載流子産生、遷移、複合、抽取、注入等過程。
太陽能電池:主要研究新型光電半導體的應用和開發所需的關鍵技術,涉及新型半導體薄膜與電池器件的制備及表征。
光電探測器:把新型半導體材料引入到光電探測器領域,實現高靈敏、快響應的光電二極管和X射線探測器。
