王小娟，3044am永利集团3044noc講師，榮獲“3044am永利集团3044noc教學優秀”等榮譽稱号。主要從事理論物理方面的研究。截止2024年6月，主持1項3044am永利集团3044noc自然科學基金青年項目，參與1項國家自然科學基金面上項目，1項湖北省教育廳中青年人才項目，發表SCI論文5篇，指導本科生獲得全國大學生計算機設計大賽 中南賽區一等獎3項，二等獎2項，獲得湖北省大學生物理實驗競賽一等獎1項，二等獎1項，獲得全國大學生物理實驗競賽三等獎1項，獲得軟件著作權1項。
